Click to Download Your Free Insanity Calendar PDF

Right here in this post you will be able to download a free copy of the Insanity workout calendar in PDF format. I’ve posted an Insanity workout schedule before, but this time we have a new design that’s a bit more sleek. There’s less black in the background so it won’t use up so much ink if you’re inclined to print it out.

It’s important to keep track of your results when working through the Insanity fitness course. If you don’t know how far you’ve come, then you’ll never truly appreciate what you’ve accomplished. So a great idea would be to tick off the days with an X as you go, but you can also note down any weight loss or increase in muscle width you’re tracking as you go along.

If you’re like me, you’ll enjoy posting the calendar up on the wall around your working out space. It’s a great way to motivate yourself and even remind yourself of what you need to do. Sometimes it can slip your mind, and sometimes you will feel yourself flagging. Just remind yourself how far you’ve come with the Insanity workout by taking a glance at the calendar and you’re set to go.

As I said, this Insanity workout calendar download has a cleaner layout than the one I previously posted about. It can serve as a replacement if you lose your paper copy from your Insanity workout set.

Insanity Workout Calendar Overview

The Insanity workout takes about 63 days to complete. As you’ll see from the PDF, this is split into 2 months, with one recovery week in between. Believe me, you’ll need this recovery week because the first month is tough going.

You won’t be resting on your laurels during the recovery week though. There are a few rest days sprinkled throughout the course (every Sunday), it’s true, but the recovery week is more about recovering from the first month, and preparing for the second month. You’ll be doing core cardio & balance, which is a lighter workout but you must continue or else you’ll fall behind.

There are 2 fitness tests each month, and one final one when you’ve finished. These are great places to record your results if you don’t want to do it every day. 2 weeks is a good unit of time to use as a general measurement, but some folks like to measure results every day. It’s up to you.

So that’s it. Don’t forget to download the Insanity workout calender above.
